Hydrophilic

A hydrophilic material or fabric is highly absorbent. It is able to absorb and retain a large amount of water. At Finipur, we have several techniques (including a full-bath treatment) to improve just this absorbency. In sportswear, this is a highly coveted feature.

Fabrics treated with a hydrophilic coating act as a moisture regulator, absorbing moisture from the body and transporting it to the outside so that the body stays dry and cool for longer. Our hydrophilic films and coatings allow us to optimise this effect.
