Innovative coating as an alternative to Gyproc in renovation projects

For the renovation of houses and apartments, a construction partner was looking for an innovative alternative to traditional materials such as plasterboard, bricks or wood. The material had to be not only easy and quick to apply, but also acoustically and sound-absorbing. In addition, a thin solution was crucial so that as little living space as possible would be lost during the renovation.
Solution by Finipur:
The customer wanted a flexible and lightweight material that also delivered the necessary acoustic performance. Traditional building materials such as Gyproc are often heavy, time-consuming to install and take up extra space. The challenge was therefore to provide an innovative fabric with a coating that met all practical and technical requirements.
Finipur developed a coating based on high-density latex, exclusively for this customer. Thanks to our extensive machinery and network, we were able to create a solution that met all expectations:
• Lightweight and thin material: easy to install without losing living space
• Acoustic performance: excellent sound absorption for greater living comfort
• Quick and easy installation compared to traditional materials such as Gyproc
• Can be personalised by adding colourants
Full-service approach: in addition to the coating, Finipur also takes care of cutting the material into small rolls and packaging it in cardboard boxes. The end product is therefore delivered to the customer as a ready-to-use solution.
With this approach, Finipur not only offered a technically advanced product, but also a complete service package that allows the customer to carry out renovation projects more efficiently, faster and with greater freedom in design.
