In a belt laminator, the different materials pass over a heated drum. Two or more substrates can be bonded in this process by the use of a thermoplastic adhesive, usually in the form of a film or web. A conveyor belt guides the various substrates, together with the adhesive layer, around the heated drum.

By setting the temperature, pressure and speed of the conveyor belt, we can ensure optimal bonding of the various materials. We may opt for this technique depending on the substrates or materials to be treated. This machine has a maximum working width of 3 m 40 cm.
