With a belt laminator, the different materials pass through a large drum that is heated. Two or more substrates can be bonded together using a thermoplastic adhesive, usually in the form of a film or web. A conveyor belt moves the different substrates together with the adhesive layer around the heated drum. The set temperature, pressure and speed levels of the conveyor belt will ensure that the various materials are bonded as optimally as possible. We select this technique depending on the substrates or materials to be treated. This machine has a maximum working width of 340cm.
