With spray coating, a coating is sprayed onto one side of a carrier. This is especially recommended for substrates that cannot tolerate impregnation finishing because thickness must not be compromised, or the look of the final product must not change.

Additional added values of this process: water-repellent, softening, fire-retardant, anti-bacterial and the ability to apply microcapsules. The process can be applied in all industries and to a wide range of substrates, with a maximum width of 3 m 10 cm on a stretcher dryer.
