A latex foam is applied to the substrate. The top layer of the foam is then dried under an infrared source. The foam is then crushed or calendered, embossed or not as appropriate, and finally vulcanised.

This treatment can be applied to all flexible materials such as fabrics, non-wovens, tuft, etc., and provides a natural rubber coating that is waterproof and washable, with high abrasion resistance and good anti-slip properties.

We apply these gel coatings for various industries and products such as carpets, sports goods, footwear, safety articles, etc. on a stretcher dryer with a maximum width of 3 m.
